The exposition of the photo exhibition of archaeological finds has been updated at Moscow Domodedovo Airport.
Now travelers can get acquainted with the images of unique exhibits found in the Kaliningrad region at the exhibition "Antiquities of the Amber Region".
The exhibition includes six large-format art photographs depicting unique objects from the archaeological excavations of the Institute of Archaeology of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Guests of the airport will be able to see images of the rarest finds for the Southeastern Baltic States: an amber necklace, which is more than 6 thousand years old, a unique drinking horn with a silver gilded shackle and a tip in the form of a bird of prey, a female gold moonlight jewelry, the head of a warrior from the Aleika necropolis and other photos.
The exceptional quality of the images reveals to the viewer the unique beauty of time-stamped artifacts.
The exhibition is organized based on the materials of archaeological monuments of the IV century BC — IV century AD. Guests of the airport will be able to view the photographs until the end of October 2023.
