All-Russian contest "My country is my Russia" will help to implement the projects of young ecologists

The All-Russian contest “My country is my Russia” will help young ecologists to implement projects aimed at the socio-economic development of Russian territories. As EcoTourism Expert came to know, as part of the XVII All-Russian contest “My country is my Russia” the nomination “Ecology of my country” was announced. It will present projects aimed at the effective implementation of the priority national project "Ecology" at the regional level.

In particular, we are talking about involving residents of the country of all ages, volunteer movements in maintaining the cleanliness of the banks of rivers, lakes, forests, introducing and popularizing renewable energy and green energy technologies. According to the Ministry of Natural Resources of Russia, the competition is aimed, inter alia, at the conservation and rational use of natural resources, the development of ecological tourism, as well as at the introduction and promotion of new technologies for the separate collection and recycling of garbage and the promotion of ecological culture.

The competition is open to youth from 14 to 35 years old.

A face-to-face tour and rewarding of participants under 18 will take place as part of a thematic shift at the Artek International Children's Center in the fall of 2020.
