This year, the summer season started on April 28 and ended on November 7. For six months, the resort was visited by about 1 million guests, which is almost 25% higher than last year (806 thousand). The number of foreign tourists to Rosa Khutor during this period exceeded 2.8 thousand, which is twice as high as the values of the summer season of 2022. The guests of the resort were representatives of 62 countries: the CIS (45%), the OEA and other states of the Persian Gulf (43%), Europe (7%), China (3%).
In the past summer season, guests were offered a varied program of full-fledged recreation, including the widest range of activities for adults and children. The resort consistently develops nature tourism in the mountains as a strategic direction of its activities.
This season, 24 hiking trails have been opened for tourists, 4 of them are brand new. Their map has become more extensive, the total length of routes in the mountains was about 110 kilometers. For the first time, the resort classified the trails into three categories depending on the difficulty: green – easy, blue – medium and red – the most difficult, designed for well-trained tourists.
According to the data of the Rosa Khutor Active Recreation Center, the popularity of hiking in the mountains is gradually growing. This year, almost 2, 5 thousand guests took advantage of its services, as well as the programs of the Children's Mining Academy. Tracking routes "From snowfields to waterfalls", "Lake traverse", etc. were especially in demand. Tourists also actively used the services of renting equipment for hiking. At the Rosa Khutor rental points, everything you need for cycling is also available.
The attendance of the alpine family amusement park "Yeti Park" has almost doubled this summer season – up to 22.8 thousand guests (about 12 thousand last year).
