"The project provides for the construction of a hotel complex and comfortable guest houses with entertainment and wellness infrastructure. The main facility will be an all-season aquathermal complex with a food court and a SPA area of more than 5,200 square meters," the message on the corporation's website says.
For the comfortable movement of guests around the complex, it is planned to erect warm glass walkways and ensure transport accessibility.
As noted in "Tourism.Russia", thanks to this project, business tourism will receive additional development in the Kaliningrad region.
"On the basis of the new tourist complex, there are spaces for organizing business events and conferences with a capacity of up to 350 people," the corporation said.
The project also provides for the creation of a shopping and entertainment center, children's and sports infrastructure.
"According to forecasts, 120 thousand people a year or more will visit the new tourist complex. Thanks to the implementation of the project, 540 jobs will be created. The completion of construction and commissioning of the facility are scheduled for the end of 2026," the message says.
