Passengers planning a trip on April 12 from Moscow to St. Petersburg or vice versa can take advantage of a special tariff promotion and purchase tickets at reduced fixed prices for Sapsan high-speed trains.
This was announced by the Russian Railways company on its website.
“The special action is dedicated to the Day of Aviation and Cosmonautics (62 years since the first manned flight into space) and applies to the first two morning flights of the Sapsan train No. 754 and No. 751 departing from Moscow and St. Petersburg. Thus, the cost of travel in the economy class will be from 1,961 rubles (in the base class, the cost will be even lower - from 1,797 rubles),” the message says.
The company emphasized that the price of tickets for this date will not change depending on the demand for transportation or the number of days left before the trip, as it happens on other days.
