Rafilya Bakirova, director of the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Reserves of the Orenburg Region", made a proposal to create and develop the walking route "Path of Life". She announced this initiative at a meeting of the Project Office for Tourism Development in the Orenburg Region.
"The idea of the route is that tourists can be alone with themselves, alone with nature and test themselves for strength," Bakirova was quoted as saying in a message on the website of the Orenburg Region Reserves.
The route should connect the sections "Pre-Ural steppe" and "Burtinskaya steppe" of the Orenburg reserve, as well as the "Shaitan-Tau" reserve. According to the project, "support centers" are provided on the 8-10 day route, providing the traveler with the necessary tourist equipment.
