A new Russian record for the resort fee was recorded in October this year in Kislovodsk, the official portal of the administration of the resort city reported.
“The Stavropol resort received 12.3 million rubles from vacationers. This is the maximum amount since the beginning of the “vacation tax” among all Russian resorts,”, Mayor Yevgeny MoiseevMoiseev said.
