Mount Hallen in Australia is up for sale for $ 620,000. This territory is privately owned and is located 100 km west of Brisbane. In total about 105 hectares are offered for sale.
From the mountain, surrounded by eucalyptus, offers stunning views over the Lake Wivenhoe. It is possible to access the top only by a cross-country vehicle.
Australian media reported that of the buildings on the mountain is an old trig station. And the local forests are full of koalas.
The mountain is up for sale for the first time in 30 years. The previous owners planned to build a house on the top of the mountain and to become old there but their plans changed.
