In 2023, 11 regions will receive subsidies from the Russian Ministry of Construction for the development of supporting infrastructure for tourism investment projects under construction, according to the ministry’s website. In four territories - in Adygea, Kamchatka, Kuzbass, Tver - work is already underway, seven more regions for the first time will receive funds to co-finance engineering and transport infrastructure for the development of tourist clusters. We are talking about objects in the Perm and Primorsky regions, Voronezh, Irkutsk, Penza, Chelyabinsk, Yaroslavl regions.

“The supporting infrastructure will be built in parallel with the creation of investment projects, so that by the time the investment project is put into operation, all the engineering and transport infrastructure necessary to ensure it will be ready,” said Yuri Gordeev, Deputy Minister of Construction of Russia, whose words are quoted in the message of the department .

Subsidies will be provided for the construction of roads, heating networks, gas supply, energy supply, water supply and sanitation, which will ensure the functioning of tourist facilities.

Thus, in the Kamchatka Territory in 2023, these funds will continue the construction of a public road from the Termalny settlement to the Three Volcanoes tourist cluster.

In the Tver Region, design and survey work will begin on the construction of the Entrance to the Zavidovo Aeropark highway and a road junction of two highways through the M-10 Rossiya highway. Also, the construction of the infrastructure complex of the tourist and recreational cluster "Volga Sea" will continue here to service tourist ships in the mouth section of the Shosha River.

In the Kemerovo region, design and survey work will continue on the construction of a highway - an entrance to the first stage of the tourist center of the resort town "New Sheregesh" with an adjoining the highway "Chugunash - Sports and Tourist Complex" Sheregesh "and to the highway" Kuzedeevo - Mundybash - Tashtagol " . Design and survey work on the construction of water supply and sanitation networks of the first stage of the tourist center of the New Sheregesh resort city will also be continued.

In Adygea, subsidy funds are already underway for design and survey work on the reconstruction of a section of the Dakhovskaya highway - the Lago-Naki plateau near the Lagonaki complex tourist project. In 2023, it is planned to start construction and installation work at this facility.

Subsidies are distributed within the framework of the national project "Tourism and hospitality industry". The projects are being implemented by the regions together with the Tourism.RF corporation and investors.
