Ural Airlines has resumed flights to the capital of Armenia from the Russian resort. Regular flights are operated twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays, on Airbus A320 aircraft designed for 162 passengers. Departure from Sochi is on Tuesdays at 12:00, arrival in Yerevan at 14:05 (local time), on Thursdays the flight from Sochi will arrive at 16:00, arrive in the capital of Armenia at 18:10.
- Yerevan is one of the most popular international destinations for Sochi. In 2023, passenger traffic amounted to 286 thousand passengers. This is 14% more than in 2022, the press service of Sochi Airport reported.
In addition to Ural Airlines, flights are operated by Russian air carriers: Aeroflot, Rossiya, Red Wings and Azimut and Armenian airlines - Fly Arna, Fly One, Armenian Airlines, Armenia Airways and Shirak Avia.
Participants discussed the boundary between nature and ecotourism, whether mass visits to unique areas can remain safe, the responsibilities of investors, and how to prepare tourists for visiting specially protected natural areas.
The head of state expressed confidence that the Forum will be held at a high level, and that its results will contribute to the development of tourism in Russia and the expansion of humanitarian and business ties.
