The first snowmobile route appeared in the Teriberka Nature Park. It starts from the point of entry to the park in the area of Lake Secretarskoye, runs along a dirt road along Lake Sandy and ends at the ascent to Battery Lake. The route was named "Teribersky safari". This was announced by the official tourism portal of the Murmansk region.
"The length of the entire route is 1,630 meters. Snowmobiling along the route is possible from December to April. During the trip, you will be able to admire the landscapes of the snowy tundra, see the Barents Sea and flashes of the northern lights," the message says.
As the portal notes, the route can still be walked, but care must be taken not to stand in the way of a snowmobile.
