The company "Studeny Bereg" built a year-round country hotel "Titovka Arctic River Park" in the Murmansk region in a modern arctic style and began to receive tourists. It is located on the coast of the Titovka River and has its own outlet to the Barents Sea. This was reported on its website by the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV).

“About 50 people can stay at the Titovka Arctic River Park country hotel year-round and around the clock in the all-inclusive mode at the same time. Guests are provided with a transfer from Murmansk airport and entertainment: catching cod, flounder and catfish, photo hunting for whales from the board of a speedboat with an echo sounder or a small fishing seiner, hiking trails or quad biking along the rocky shores of the Motovsky Bay, where the water element changes the local landscape beyond recognition ", - the message says.

The hotel includes 12 chalets with panoramic windows and terraces. The houses are decorated using natural materials and furnished with author's furniture made of special types of wood. “In addition, modular houses and a restaurant are being built on an area of 96 hectares, small architectural forms and original installations have been installed. For breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a tent with furniture, a bar counter and equipment has been erected, where you can try seafood from the Barents Sea, cod with cloudberry sauce, salad from different varieties of kelp or venison with lingonberry sauce,” the KRDV said.

On the territory of the hotel there are two Russian wood-fired baths, heated outdoor pools with hydromassage, with water from an artesian well, which is drilled into the rock base, and a cold font with sea water. At an altitude of 187 m above sea level there is an observation deck.

The project was implemented in the status of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, under an agreement with the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the investor invested more than 150 million rubles and created 25 jobs.

According to the statistics of the KRDV, on average, from 10 to 40 new companies monthly join the ranks of residents of the world's largest economic zone with preferential business conditions - the Russian Arctic.
