The cultural event "Museum Night on the Polar Day" to be held in the Taimyr Museum of Local Lore

The cultural event "Museum Night on the Polar Day" will be held on May 18 at the Taimyr Museum of Local Lore as part of the International Museum Day.

This year's event is timed to coincide with the Year of the Family, its main theme is "From generation to generation. Family relics".

The museum staff has prepared an extensive program for visitors with creative performances, lectures, master classes, exhibitions, quests, excursions and cultural and educational activities.

All activities will take place in the permanent exhibition of the Taimyr Museum of Local Lore.

The unifying theme for the sites will be family. Visitors will be able not only to learn the family stories of famous countrymen, but also to share their own: tell about family traditions, relics, take part in a photo contest, make crafts with the whole family, participate in a museum game and plunge into creativity.
