The route "Arkhangelsk: the Arctic begins here" was included in the first printed catalog of national tourist routes in Russia. In total, the publication contains about 48 routes from all over the country. The book gives their description, duration, program, list of services, cost and much more. Each of the presented routes can be viewed thanks to the QR code. "Arkhangelsk: the Arctic Begins here" is a landmark project of Pomerania and the hallmark of Arctic tourism. It received the status of a national route in 2021 and was recognized at the federal level as one of the best.

Its uniqueness lies in the fact that it is sold by seven regional tour operators at once at a single price and a program with guaranteed arrival dates for the whole year. The formation of national tourist routes is carried out within the framework of the presidential national project "Tourism and the Hospitality Industry". Arkhangelsk Region participates in the international tourism exhibition in Moscow. The region presents its tourism potential on March 19-21 at the Crocus Expo Exhibition Center, region29.rureports.
