The Russian Geographical Society has announced the recruitment of volunteers for the next expedition to clean up the Arctic, which is scheduled for July–September 2024.

In order to become a participant in the general cleaning of the village of Khatanga on the Taimyr Peninsula, you must apply by March 1, 2024 and pass a competitive selection.

Volunteers who are ready for physical work on cleaning territories and living in Spartan conditions, as well as scientists, specialists with skills in working with special equipment, creators of photo and video content and experts in the field of storytelling can take part in the future expedition.

Those who have passed the competitive selection will receive a certificate of participation in the environmental expedition to clean up the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation from man-made pollution "Arctic. General cleaning".
