In the village of Tiksi, schoolchildren launched the project "Arctic Paints" on wall painting to create a positive visual environment in the conditions of long polar nights and blizzards.

The Arctic Paints project is long-term and will be implemented in stages. First, residents will decorate the residential entrances of apartment buildings. Then they will install banners with paintings on the streets and walls of houses. After that, they will create stationary visual points with illumination in winter.

The project is implemented by the winner of the contest "Common Cause" of the charity program "Effective Philanthropy" of the Vladimir Potanin Charitable Foundation.
