Ecotourism in Crimea aims to preserve the environment
The tenth gastronomic festival "Taste of Yakutia" started in Yakutsk as part of the festival "Winter begins with Yakutia".
The festival has long been a brand of permafrost and northern hospitality, which is associated with delicious food and a modern approach to already established traditions.
Guests will be able to taste the dishes of the peoples of the Far North and the Arctic at the sites of 12 leading restaurants in Yakutsk until December 4 inclusive.
The gastronomic festival "Taste of Yakutia" takes place in the form of a competition among the leading chefs of Yakutsk, who, preserving centuries-old traditions, use exclusively environmentally friendly products of local production in the preparation of dishes.
The winner of the competition will receive the cup of the head of Yakutia and a cash prize of 50,000 rubles, ysia.ru reports.
