Russia's first tourist complex on the rocks overlooking the Barents Sea will be built in the Arctic by the end of 2026.
The Teriberka project will combine a 120-room hotel and a tourist hub. The area of the site will be 9 hectares, buildings – 5,000 square meters.
The hotel will have a restaurant with local cuisine, a unique thermal complex with the opportunity to plunge into the Barents Sea and Russia's first whale museum.
Investments in the project will amount to about 2 billion rubles.
It is planned that international tourism in the Arctic will actively develop at the expense of citizens from Asia, BRICS and the Middle East.
