The Federation Council approved the law on the inclusion of the Berezovsky and Beloyarsk municipal districts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug – Yugra into the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation.
The law should enter into force 10 days after its official publication.
Nine new investment projects are planned to be implemented in both districts, which will allow attracting more than 3.5 billion rubles in the near future. rubles of private investment.
As Alexey Chekunkov, the head of the Ministry of Regional Development, noted earlier in his Telegram channel, thanks to entering the Arctic zone of the Berezovsky and Beloyarsk municipal districts of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, all Arctic benefits will become available to them: unique business conditions, Arctic mortgages, free land plots.
Earlier, the law on the inclusion of two districts of Yugra into the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation was adopted in the second and third readings by the State Duma.
