The directions of flights popular among Russians to the regions of the Far East and the Arctic

This summer, the highest demand from Russians was noted for flights to Krasnoyarsk, Vladivostok, Murmansk, Khabarovsk and Novy Urengoy, according to the online travel service Tutu.

The average check for a flight to Krasnoyarsk was 18,765 rubles round-trip, to Vladivostok - 29,473 rubles, to Murmansk - 15,295 rubles, to Khabarovsk - 24,830 rubles, to Novy Urengoy - 28,053 rubles.

Of the regions of the Far East and the Arctic, which were visited by more than 8.8 million tourists in 2022, the Kamchatka Territory (+26% by 2021), the Krasnoyarsk Territory (+20%) and the Republic of Buryatia (+19%) became the leaders in the growth of tourist flow.

The Krasnoyarsk Territory (1.49 million people), Primorsky Krai (1.42 million) and Buryatia (674 thousand) received the most travelers last year.
