All-Russian forum "Arctic. The ice has moved" will be held on May 30 – June 3 in the Arkhangelsk region The Arctic.

The forum, first organized in 2022 on the initiative of the Clean Arctic public environmental project, will bring together more than 500 young professionals, bloggers, politicians and more than a thousand guests.

The participants will be successfully selected residents of the Russian Federation aged 14 to 35 years old, ready to develop the Arctic territories of the country in the following areas: "Ecology and volunteerism", "Industry and business in a harsh climate", "Agriculture in a risky region", "Culture and Tourism", "Science and Technology", "Healthcare", "Education and personnel", "IT technologies".

The program of the forum also includes strategic sessions and interactive sessions with experts, brainstorming, master classes, development and presentation of new programs for the development of the Arctic.

During the forum, educational excursions to the largest enterprises in the north of the country, planting of the Great Arctic Alley, cleaning of Arctic ecosystems as part of the Great Arctic Cleaning relay, as well as visits to the sights of the Arkhangelsk region will be held.
