You can try "The taste of Elbrus" in early November

The press service of "Kavkaz.The Russian Federation" reported that from November 3 to 5, the gastro-cultural festival "Taste of Elbrus" will be held for the first time at the foot of Elbrus. All guests of the resort will be able to take part in it and taste national dishes.

Gastronomic shows will be held every day for the visitors of the festival. Chefs will create their culinary masterpieces right in front of the guests. In addition, it will be possible to taste dishes based on recipes of mountaineers from local products: meat, vegetables, fruits and berries in the fresh air. The menu will also have items inspired directly by the festival.

In total, 10 restaurant concepts will be presented at the Taste of Elbrus.

Creative teams, musicians, DJs will perform at the festival. Prize draws and interactive games will be organized.

Souvenir shops will open in the Azau Clearing during the festival, where local craftsmen will present their products.
