The seventh "Mussel Festival" will be held in Vladivostok's gastronomic establishments from May 1 to 15. Restaurants, pubs, cafes and street food points will traditionally offer a portion of mussels in shells - 300 grams for 500 rubles. This was reported by the tourist portal of the Primorsky Territory Visit Primorye.

"The "Mussel Festival" supports the development of Far Eastern mariculture, forms a community of chefs and lovers of Far Eastern cuisine, and is a magnet for tourists. It promotes the ideas, spirit and taste of the Far East beyond its borders," - the message says.

The festival will open in a new gastronomic event space in Vladivostok on the shore of Fedorova Bay. Chefs and gastronomic enthusiasts will prepare mussels in different sauces on huge pans for the guests, and the mentors of the Far Eastern Cuisine School, which organizes the festival, will hold master classes on preparing various delicacies.

The festival is held within the framework of the public project for the development of Far Eastern cuisine Pacific Russia Food.
