The press service of the Ministry of Tourism of Dagestan reported that from April 26, the Pearl of the Caucasus cruise train will be launched from Moscow to the republic. It will run on separate dates until the beginning of October. In addition, one unique flight will be organized on May 8 from Tyumen.
Tourists will have a seven-day railway trip. During the week, they will get acquainted with the Caucasus, its culture, traditions and people, admire the picturesque valleys and gorges, walk along the coast of the Caspian Sea. The train will pass through Maykop, Vladikavkaz, Grozny, Derbent, Nalchik and Rostov-on-Don.
In the Republic of Dagestan, tourists will be able to see the Naryn-Kala citadel, the Sulak Canyon, the largest sand dune in Europe Sarykum and other attractions.
The report notes that the schedule is designed in such a way that tourists devote the day to excursions, and spend the night on the train, using it instead of a hotel.
The all-Russian count of waterfowl and waterbirds, known as the "Grey Neck" project, will take place on January 18-19, the third weekend of the month. The Russian Bird Conservation Union announced this on its website
