The thematic train travels "In the footsteps of writers" from Nizhny Novgorod to Arzamas

The Russian Railways press service announced the launch of a suburban themed train "In the Footsteps of writers". It will run on the Nizhny Novgorod - Arzamas route during the school spring break from March 21 to 28.

The train will depart from Nizhny Novgorod from Monday to Thursday at 9:30 a.m. He will arrive back at 19:00. From Friday to Sunday, the train starts at 10:45 and returns at 19:50.

The project is designed to help schoolchildren and their parents spend their holidays in an exciting and intellectual way. During the trip, they will be able to visit the museum houses of A.M. Gorky and A.P. Gaidar. An exciting immersive program with theatrical sketches, a quest along the ancient pedestrian streets of the city and a tea party with traditional Arzamas pies have been prepared for tourists.

The literary train includes a steam locomotive and new cars with air conditioning and environmentally friendly toilet complexes. The chairs are equipped with individual sockets for charging mobile devices.
