VDNH together with the N.V. Tsitsin Main Botanical Garden of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) have developed a "Snow Route". It is designed for a long walk, during which guests can admire the landscaped park, botanical garden, ice rinks and other attractions. This is reported on the VDNH website.

"28 picturesque winter grounds of VDNKh, Ostankino Park and the Main Botanical Garden have been added to the route. The walk will take at least three hours. A map with the main locations and interesting facts marked on it can be downloaded on the exhibition website or taken from the information center," the Deputy Mayor of Moscow Natalia Sergunina is quoted in the message.

You can start the walk at any entrance to the territory of VDNH and follow the points in a convenient order. Information centers, electric bus routes, ski trails and catering points are marked with special icons for visitors.

One of the points of the route is the aerial ecotrope in the Sheremetyevo oak grove, where you can walk at the level of the treetops and admire the artistic lighting in the evening.

Visitors are invited to take a look at the Industrial Square to go ice skating with a view of the historical pavilions and a mock-up of the Vostok launch vehicle. The ice rink located here is celebrating its tenth anniversary this season.

In addition, guests are invited to visit the Timiryazev State Biological Museum and other objects of the VDNH Museum City.

"An arboretum awaits guests in the Main Botanical Garden. There are about a thousand varieties of woody plants brought to Moscow from different regions of the planet with a temperate climate. The historic Old Stock Greenhouse is also located here," the message says.
