The forest park will also host a competition for the best snowman, a family snow relay race and a snowman parade.
In addition, it will be possible to meet the New Year Express on the streets of Ryazan during the holidays.
"From December 24 to December 29, a "musical" branded bus will run along the central streets of the city, orchestras will perform famous New Year's works at public transport stops, creating a festive mood. From January 2 to January 6, the bus will become a platform for interactive theatrical programs and warm leisure with a share of nostalgia for the Soviet New Year," the message says.
On January 7, a Christmas concert will be held on Lybedsky Boulevard with the participation of the best bands and artists of Ryazan.
In the "Snowman's Workshop" on Gorky Street from January 2 to 7, guests will learn how to make New Year's gifts and souvenirs, participate in festive photo shoots, and visit the fair of products by Ryazan craftsmen.
