The press service of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment reported that until December 30, the Santa Claus Eco-Workshop will operate in the natural territories of the capital and in eco-centers. As part of this project, free winter creative workshops, quests and other educational events will be held.
In total, 42 ecological and educational activities have been prepared for the citizens. Children will be able to learn how to make natural crafts, Christmas tree toys from recycled materials, home decorations, draw winter landscapes, create New Year's characters with the help of plasticine.
Muscovites will also be told about New Year's traditions and the history of this holiday and how to transform old unnecessary things into bright New Year's accessories that will help create a festive atmosphere.
Every ecocenter has been transformed on the eve of the holiday. Somewhere the room was decorated with art objects and 3D snowflakes, and somewhere they built alternative Christmas trees and hung bright garlands.
The Days of the East in Yamal will be held in Salekhard from March 2 to March 3. At VOSTOKFEST, about 30 representatives of the cultural centers of China, India and Korea will introduce the residents of the region to the unique original culture of their countries
