MTS has launched the first-of-its-kind digital guide to gastronomic attractions and features of local Siberian cuisine from MTS Travel. This is reported by the portal newslab.ru.

In the guide, users will be able to learn about dishes such as sugudai, stroganina, beef tartare and caviar from porcini mushrooms and venison carpaccio with berry sauce, as well as in which restaurants of the city it is better to try it.

Brand chefs of the flagship restaurants of Krasnoyarsk took part in the project. They talked about local gastronomic traditions and shared recipes of signature dishes.

"We see how quickly Krasnoyarsk is becoming the center of business tourism in the region — people arriving here on a business trip are increasingly staying for the weekend to get acquainted with the local history and sights. Siberian cuisine is one of the business cards of our city, so we launched the first MTS digital gastronomic guide in Krasnoyarsk," said MTS Director in the Krasnoyarsk Territory Sergey Egoshin.
