Mospriroda will hold the ecological and educational festival "Moscow Eco-residence of Volunteers and City Activists" for the tenth time, this year its theme will be "Mentoring in Ecology". The business part of the forum will be held on November 28 in an online format.
The festival will become a platform for discussing the role of mentoring in the formation of the ecological culture of youth and is aimed at developing the mentoring system of eco-volunteering.
"City volunteers, specialists in the field of ecology, representatives of government bodies, experts in the field of business structures and public environmental organizations, students and representatives of youth communities will meet at the unique eco-site," Mospriroda said on its website.
Within the framework of the festival, round tables, discussions, thematic lectures will be held, at which more than 35 experts and speakers will speak. More than three thousand participants are expected to exchange experiences and discuss joint projects in an online format.
The Moscow Eco–Residency of Volunteers and City Activists is an annual event that takes place at the end of the year. The eco-residency has been held since 2014 for an open dialogue between citizens, government and business on the ecology of the city. Since then, the festival has brought together over 15,000 environmentally active and not indifferent to environmental protection people.
