The organizers of the All-Russian Congress of Travel Agents announced that the event will take place on March 15-16 at the World Trade Center in Moscow. The Congress is organized by the Russian Union of Tourism Industry (PCT).
The event will be held in the format of a two-day educational intensive. It is expected that about 2,000 thousand travel agents from all over Russia and about 50 industry experts will become its participants.
"Participants will find useful and strictly practical content in various formats - presentations of new products, master classes, teamwork, sessions and seminars. But the most important opportunity that needs to be used to the maximum is useful networking and meetings with potential partners," the message says.
The business program will be divided into thematic blocks. Participants will discuss the current state of the industry, regulatory issues, advertising, promotion, customer characteristics, finance, as well as improving business efficiency. They also present new products.
