Picnic Spot Booking Service Launches in Moscow

The Mosgorpark portal has announced the opening of the picnic season in the capital. Seven city parks and natural areas this year provide a service for booking picnic areas. Residents of the city can relax in gazebos with barbecues and open barbecue areas on specially equipped sites.

The sites are available from 10:00 to 22:00 in the Lianozovsky Landscape Reserve, Kuskovo, Moskvoretsky and Kuzminsky-Lyublino Natural and Historical Parks, Serebryany Bor, the park on Borisovskie Ponds and the Borisovskie Ponds recreation area.

Recreation areas are designed for 4 or 6 people. The cost of booking for four hours will be 500 rubles. To book, you need to go to the website of the mayor of Moscow, choose the appropriate park, the desired gazebo and time slot.

Picnic areas are equipped with furniture, fireproof barbecues, sandboxes, urns. In some places there are canopies, gazebos,rental points for equipment, toilets and WI-FI.

The message notes that for a comfortable rest, citizens are advised to vacate the barbecue area 10 minutes before the end of the booking, to maintain cleanliness and not to leave behind garbage and an unquenched barbecue.
