By 2030, it is planned to commission a tourist and recreational cluster around the regional center of winter sports "Zhemchuzhina Sibiri". This was announced by the participants of the "Region of the Future. Tourism" conference, which was held in Tyumen.
As part of the forum, a presentation of key investment projects in the field of tourism was held. The cluster will include the "Ancient Sea of Tyumen" theme park and a thermal entertainment center, a year-round two-level ski tunnel, exhibition and sports complexes, as well as several sanatorium-resort hotels.
In addition, the forum presented the "Kipeya" thermal and tourist complex, the concept of which is already being implemented within the framework of the development of the "Valley of the Tura River" ethno-ecological cluster in the area of the Irbitsky and Salairsky highways. Here it is planned to additionally create a bath and thermal center, a fitness center with a swimming pool, an equestrian complex and a food court.
Changes await the ancient capital of Siberia, Tobolsk as well. The master plan for the tourist framework of the city is aimed at a long stay of tourists from the Urals Federal District and includes projects for the reconstruction and construction of hotels, hotels and restaurants. One of the main urban planning projects will be the renovation of the Lower Posad of the city. It is also planned to build the "Mendeleev Park" with attractions and an "impression center" on the basis of the former water tower, which will also become an observation deck on the Tobolsk Kremlin.
In the village of Pokrovskoye, it is planned to create a multidisciplinary roadside service center with the "Rasputin" cultural and tourist center. It will include a thematic museum-restaurant dedicated to the legends and facts from the biography of the famous Siberian, as well as the history of the Tobolsk tract. A pilgrimage route and horseback riding will be developed as part of the project. The new object can be reached not only by road, but also by water transport.
