Mospriroda will conduct autumn ecotherapy

From October 10 to 22, Mospriroda is holding more than 30 environmental and educational events that will teach you how to relax properly, help improve your mood and improve your health.

“Mospriroda invites everyone to experience autumn ecotherapy, which will help overcome fatigue and restore peace of mind. Ecotherapy is a relationship between a person and nature, aimed at preventing and restoring health, as well as one of the ways of psychological support, since the connection with nature affects the psycho-emotional state of a person,” says the message on the website of the environmental organization.

The events will take place in eco-centers and natural areas of the capital. According to experts, being among the greenery of trees and the singing of birds calms you down and brings you to peace of mind.

“At the same time, in the natural areas of Moscow you can not only walk, but also participate in excursions and quests, take forest baths, listen to cozy fairy tales and even hunt for mushrooms,” noted Mospriroda.

Among the upcoming ecotherapeutic events is the master class “Reserve Diary” at the Bitsevsky Forest eco-center

(October 14), quest “For mushrooms” in the eco-center “Horse Yard” (October 15), a guided walk along the historical and ecological trail in the natural and historical park “Bitsevsky Forest” (October 16), ornithological excursion “Birds of Moscow” 17 October
