Hotels, Trout, and Olives: What the Sochi PMEF Will Bring

These projects will be implemented in the agricultural and hospitality sectors in the Lazarevsky district of Sochi. For example, in the village of Golovinka on the Black Sea coast, it is planned to create the Alean Family Resort all-season hotel complex. The new hotel will be designed for 2,500 rooms and will be able to accommodate 7,300 guests at a time.Investments in the project will amount to 33 billion rubles.

A four-star tourist complex "Chemitokvadzhe" will be built on the coast. A hotel for 1,400 rooms and a complex of four villas will be located on 13 hectares. Investments in the project will amount to 15 billion rubles. It is fully planned to be built by 2028, - the Sochi administration reports.

On the basis of the Pobeda agro-holding, it is planned to create an agro-complex with greenhouses, a trout farm, olive and fruit gardens. Its area will be about 500 hectares. It is worth noting that olive orchards were not laid out in Sochi before.
