Germans and Russians make up the majority of tourists in the Seychelles

German and Russian citizens make up the majority of tourists in the Seychelles, said Bernadette Willemin, a representative of the National Ministry of Tourism. 

According to her, in the first quarter of this year, Europe continued to lead in the number of travelers arriving on vacation in the island state in the western Indian Ocean. Thus, travelers from Germany accounted for almost 22, 000 arrivals, Russia - more than 13,000, France – over 11,500. 

This is followed by tourists from Southern Africa and North America.
