Direct flights will start from December 2. They are scheduled once a week. The flights will be operated by the airline Smartavia, while it is the only carrier in this direction.

- Another airline that has announced plans for a winter schedule is Smartavia. From December 2, flights from Sochi to Arkhangelsk will start on Saturdays," the press service of the Sochi airport said in a statement.

Departure is scheduled at 18.05. The journey time will be 4 hours and 30 minutes.

Armenian Gyumri has become another new destination for Sochi Airport. Pobeda Airlines operates flights four times a week - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. Departure from Sochi is scheduled for 8:30, arrival in Gyumri at 10:45. Departure from Gyumri is scheduled for 11:45, arrival in Sochi – at 12:10. The cost of air tickets varies from 3,070 rubles (13,500 drams) to 7,230 rubles (about 31,000 drams).
