The development of a scheme for the development of tourism in the macro-territory of the "Greater Altai", which includes the Altai Territory, the Altai Republic and the Kemerovo Region, has begun.
"The developer of the tour scheme is ProGorod LLC, a company in the contour of the state development corporation VEB.The Russian Federation, created for the implementation of complex projects for the development of the territory. The work is planned to be completed this year," the Department of Tourism and Resort Development of the Altai Territory reported on its website.
Federal experts, representatives of regional authorities, the tourism industry, the scientific community and regional specialists in the field of tourism will also be involved in the work.
Russian Russian Volga, Russian Baltic, Big Ural, Eastern South of Russia, Russian North and Arctic schemes are also planned to be developed in 2024.
Participants discussed the boundary between nature and ecotourism, whether mass visits to unique areas can remain safe, the responsibilities of investors, and how to prepare tourists for visiting specially protected natural areas.
The head of state expressed confidence that the Forum will be held at a high level, and that its results will contribute to the development of tourism in Russia and the expansion of humanitarian and business ties.
