The second international exhibition of wine, food and tourism "Wine Vision of the Open Balkans" was held in Belgrade. The event was attended by members of the Governments of Serbia, the Republic of North Macedonia and Albania. More than 600 participants from 30 countries representing gastronomic, liquor and wine companies worked at the fair. 260 people from Serbia, 74 from the Republic of North Macedonia and 21 from Albania came from the Open Balkans group.
In the format of B2B meetings and master classes, professionals exchanged experience, established contacts, and expanded business horizons. And consumers of wines and delicacies were able to get acquainted with the variety of products from different regions, taste the best wines of Balkan masters, learn the geography of tasting routes. It was also possible to get advice from outstanding winegrowers, oenologists and sommeliers.
The President of Serbia spoke at the opening of the fair. He noted the growth of wineries in the country and thanked the participants of the exhibition for innovative ideas for the development of the tourism sector in the region.
