The press service of the government of the Tula region reported that by 2030 a large museum and tourist cluster will appear on Kulikovo Field. The Russian Field complex is planned to be organically integrated into the landscape.

The new museum complex is being created in preparation for the 650th anniversary of the Battle of Kulikovo. Specialists of the design scientific advisory bureau "Architecture and Cultural Policy" are working on the project.

"A park of historical miniatures "Bogatyrskaya Zastava" will be built in the new museum complex, where visitors will be able to see in miniature ancient Russian fortresses and villages that once stood on this site. It will be created on the basis of materials from long-term excavations of ancient Russian fortresses and settlements of Kulikov Field of the XII-XIV centuries," the message says.

Another museum will be opened in the village of Monastyrshchino. The long-term experience of the specialists of the museum-reserve in the study and restoration of the historical landscape of Kulikov Field and traditional forms of nature management will be presented there. An exhibition of retro-agricultural machinery is also being organized here and a horse yard is being reconstructed.
