A new apart-hotel opened in Vladivostok

The press service of the Far East and Arctic Development Corporation reported that a modern 16-story apartment complex has appeared in Vladivostok. The building is located within walking distance to the Amur Bay.

There are 170 comfort class apartments on 15 floors ranging from 23 to 40 square meters. m. Commercial premises are intended for sale, as well as for placing a sports studio on the underground floor of the hotel.

The apartments are suitable not only for renting out to tourists, but also for permanent residence. The apartments offer city and bay views.

In the future, a sports studio will be open for hotel owners and guests. In addition, near the site there is a stadium and other transport and social infrastructure.

The hotel was built by the resident company of the free port of Vladivostok, Specialized Developer Aura Apartments. Over 400 million rubles were invested in the project.
