In the Arctic investment growth rates are 25% higher than in the Far East, Deputy Prime Minister and Presidential Envoy to the Far East Yuri Trutnev said in an interview with NTV.
"A number of such large projects are being implemented there (in the Arctic) today. We have created the most preferential zone there. Almost the entire Arctic has become a preferential zone," he said.
