A new resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, Green Flow Khibiny LLC, will build a four-star hotel and thermal complex in the city of Kirovsk, Murmansk Region, the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV) reported on its website.

“The complex in Khibiny, like all Green Flow facilities, will be based on a healing concept, which is based on creating an atmosphere for complete relaxation, emotional and physical recovery. This project is the first step towards opening a network of modern high-level hotels in the northern regions,” said Alexander Tertychny, founder and CEO of the Green Flow healing project. His words are quoted by the KRDV.
It is planned to create a tourist facility with an expanded SPA and health infrastructure.

Thus, a 4-star hotel with 120 rooms, an apartment complex and detached bungalows will be built on an area of more than 82 thousand square meters. There will also be a conference hall, a visitor center and a restaurant with a veranda for 200 visitors. An educational center will open for children. Sports grounds are provided on the territory with a park zone.

“The heart of Green Flow Khibiny will be a thermal and health complex, which will house bath and thalasso centers, swimming pools, rooms for SPA rituals and healing procedures, as well as a fitness center,” the KRDV said.

Under an agreement with the corporation, the volume of capital investments will exceed 1 billion rubles. Commissioning of the Green Flow Khibiny Healing Hotel is planned for the summer of 2026, the report said.

“The AZRF resident expects an average annual hotel occupancy of 65%, which will allow Green Flow Khibiny to maintain high rates of domestic tourism in the region all year round and generally expand the range of tourist infrastructure in the Far North. More than 110 jobs will be created in the region,” the KRDV noted.

As stated in the message, the main goal of Green Flow is the creation in Russia of a developed network of healing hotels and thermal health centers based on modern technological solutions in the management of hospitality industry facilities. Some of the facilities will be built with the help of state support measures that are used in the Far East and the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation.

“So, by 2027 hotels under the Green Flow brand will appear in Kamchatka and the Sakhalin Region. In addition, the company will build another healing resort in Buryatia, using the preferences of the Baikalskaya Gavan special economic zone, the KRDV reported.
