Tourist trains will run on new routes in the next year and a half
The youth gastronomic festival of the national cuisine of the indigenous peoples of the North "Nyan Fest" takes place on August 9-10 in the Yamal Park country complex, 12 kilometers from Salekhard.
According to the Center for Tourism Development in the Polar Urals, traditional and modern recipes of Khanty, Komi, Nenets and Selkups will be presented at the festival. The organizers of the event invited both chefs and representatives of local communities to cooperate. In addition to the gastronomic component, the festival program includes master classes, performances by artists, an evening of bard songs, as well as sports events, including football in Malitsy and Yagushki. "Nyan" in translation from the Nenets language means "bread".
