(https://moika78.ru/) - Alexander Osadchiev, Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, leading researcher at the Shirshov Institute of Oceanology of the Russian Academy of Sciences, made such a proposal at a meeting with young Russian scientists awarded prizes in science and innovation for 2023.
According to Osadchiev, access to the database can be provided to academic scientists, representatives of Roshydromet, and other interested persons and organizations.

Vladimir Putin considers this a good idea, since a lot of information is accumulating. Indeed, it is divided into different departments. At the same time, you need to create a database with “certain security-related restrictions.”

Recall that Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin presented awards in the field of science and innovation for 2022 to young scientists.
