With the help of preferences of a resident of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation and the Arctic hectare, an entrepreneur from Arkhangelsk will create an all-season resort on Krasnaya Gorka with ski slopes, eco-houses, restaurants, snowmobile safaris, ttelegraf.ruwrites.

The resort will be built in the concept of a "clean horizon" – the houses will be staggered at different heights, there is a lot of sky, all communications are underground.

In summer, tourists will be able to fish, raft and kayak, go on hiking tours, and ride mountain bikes.

"It was decided to implement the idea with the help of the "Hectare" program, which just started in the region in 2021, as well as in the conditions of the special economic regime of the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation, because these are additional opportunities to get land and various benefits. On this basis, I have developed a final business plan," said project manager Vyacheslav Rudalev.

According to the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic, the businessman submitted an application on the first day of the launch of the "Hectare in the Arctic" in the region, took the land on a preferential lease without bidding – this is the preference of residents of the Arctic. Final preparations for construction are underway now.

The Arctic zone of the Russian Federation is the largest special economic zone in the world. It is located on the territory of nine Russian subjects.

Companies with investments in projects starting from one million rubles can receive the status of a resident of the Russian Arctic, which allows investors to count on a number of tax and other benefits.
