The Yamalitsa fashion show to be held in June in Salekhard

The Yamalitsa Arctic open-air fashion Festival will be held on June 7-9 in Salekhard, the city administration announced on its telegram channel.

"Who said fashion lives in Paris? From June 7 to 9 the ethno-fashion show "Yamalitsa" takes the style to the Arctic Circle! Craftsmen and designers of the Far North, it's time for you to declare yourself and share the uniqueness of your craft with the world!" the publication says.

The best designers of the Far North – participants of the Arctic fashion festival will be awarded prizes in the amount of 50,000 to 100,000 rubles.

As part of the ethno-fashion show there will also be a display of traditional outfits of the indigenous peoples of the North.

Registration of participants will last until May 10.
