As part of the project to create the Paradise-Iz tourist cluster in the Polar Urals, the Yamal government allocates 12.3 million rubles to finance the installation of a structure for hiking and the construction of an observation area at the Jade Valley Waterfall.

The funds will go to the autonomous non-profit organization "Center for Tourism Development in the Polar Urals".

The contractor must prepare the necessary design and estimate documentation for the facility no later than 2025.
