In August 1994, he joined the first industry newspaper Express Real Estate as a photojournalist. Then he held the position of editor in Real Estate Petersburg, releasing the editor in the group of publications “Real Estate Bulletin”. For seven years he worked at Bonnier Business Press as editor of the news department of companies and special projects of the newspaper Delovoy Peterburg.
