Young Muscovites will be able to take part in the program "Your start in tourism"

The official website of the Mayor of Moscow announced that applications for participation in the second stream of the career guidance program "Your start in tourism" will be accepted until September 1. Students of colleges and universities in Moscow over the age of 16 can apply. The best of them will get a chance to complete an internship and get a job in travel companies, hotels, museums and other places.

Intensive courses with mentors and potential employers will be held for the participants of the program. Students will get acquainted with the most popular professions in the field of tourism.

The program is designed for five to six months and will consist of several blocks. During the basic level, students will immerse themselves in the capital's tourism industry, listen to lectures by experts from various industries and visit the city's travel companies, where they will learn the specifics of their work.

The best participants of the qualifying stage will move on to an advanced course. They will be able to study in depth certain areas of the tourism industry. They will also have the opportunity to complete an internship at the leading travel companies in Moscow. As a result, some participants will receive job offers, for the rest, Mosturizm organizes a job fair.
